The successful applicant will have responsibility for reviewing residential real estate financial documents (to include origination, servicing, loss mitigation, etc.), extracting data, providing underwriting analysis, as required, for support of loan sales.
Minimum Requirements:
- Two to five years prior experience in the residential real estate lending industry (government lending and subprime lending also desired) with prior due diligence experience preferred.
- Skill in written and oral communications, understanding of primary residential real estate loan documents are required, with underwriting skills preferred.
