Minimum Qualifications:

a. Five (5) years’ of well-rounded experience in the functional area to which he/she is assigned
b. Progressively responsible experience within his/her area of responsibility
c. Skilled in writing and oral communication
d. Ability to deal and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
e. Experience in development and implementation of policies and procedures
f.  Ability to conduct training programs
g. A working knowledge of data processing systems
h. Proficiency in Microsoft’s Office Suite Products and ability to quickly learn standardized software/database system
