Claims Team Leader

Minimum Qualifications:

a. Four-year business, accounting or equivalent degree from an accredited university to include or is supplemented by 24 semester hours in accounting or auditing

b. Four (4) years’ experience as a bank compliance officer or similar position that required knowledge and application of deposit insurance regulations

c. Three (3) years’ supervisory experience

d. Knowledge of deposit insurance regulations and claims policies

e. Working knowledge of data processing systems

f. Ability to review and critique the work papers prepared by subordinate staff for accuracy and compliance with client’s policies and procedures

g. Proficiency in Microsoft’s Office Suite Products with the ability to quickly learn standardized software/database system
