Minimum Qualifications:

a. Four-year business, accounting or equivalent degree from an accredited university and 1 year experience within operations at a financial institution, or three (3) years’ experience in a financial processing/operations environment

b. Skill in written and oral communication

c. Demonstrated organizational and oral and written communication skills

d. Experience in records management and filing procedures used by banks or thrifts to maintain loan documents

e. Demonstrated experience or skills in researching and selecting general ledger account codes and analyzing disbursement requests and general ledger processing for accuracy and compliance with established policy and procedures

f. Proficiency in Microsoft’s Office Suite Products with the ability to quickly learn standardized software/database system
