Operations Senior Professional

Minimum Qualifications:
a. Four-year business, accounting or equivalent degree from an accredited university and two (2) years’ experience within operations at a financial institution, or five (5) years’ experience in a financial processing/operations environment

b. Demonstrated ability in financial processing controls and procedures in financial institutions or the mortgage banking industry

c. Skill in written and oral communication

d. Experience in general ledger, accounts payable systems and loan systems

e. Demonstrated organizational and oral and written communication skills

f. Experience or demonstrated capability to train co-workers

g. Ability to review and critique the work papers prepared by subordinate staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with client’s policies and procedures

h. Proficiency in Microsoft’s Office Suite Products with the ability to quickly learn standardized software/database systems
