Operations Team Leader

Minimum Qualifications:

a. Four-year business, accounting or equivalent degree from an accredited university, and 4 years experience within operations at a financial institution, or seven (7) years experience in a financial processing/operations environment

b. Three (3) years in a project manager/supervisory capacity

c. Demonstrated organizational and management skills as well as oral and written communication skills

d. Experience or demonstrated skills in planning and execution of complex assignments

e. Ability to deal and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels

f. Analyze and apply independent judgment in developing solutions to accounting and financial problems associated with institution or servicer remittances

g. Proficiency in Microsoft’s Office Suite Products with the ability to quickly learn standardized software/database systems used
