Asset Management Professional

Minimum Qualifications:

a. Three (3) years experience credit analysis, loan workout, repossession of collateral, as well as experience in managing owned real estate and other owned assets

b. Working knowledge of contract law and various types of contracts common to financial institutions, i.e., service and employment contracts, securitization agreements, letters of credit, revolving lines of credit, and unfunded commitments

c. Demonstrated experience in credit analysis and workouts

d. Proficiency in Microsoft's Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn standardized software

e. Five (5) years experience in asset management and broad credit background specific to various asset types

f. Demonstrated experience in loan workouts

g. In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience in asset management, including asset analysis and asset business plan development

h. Knowledge of loan servicing industry standards for servicing loans originated under programs from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA, HUD, SBA, and FSA

i. Knowledge of servicing systems, asset types and agreements, such as participation agreements, pooling and servicing agreements, pass-through, REMIC and REMIC-like securitizations, securities, IRBs and credit card processing agreements

j. Organizational skills as well as oral and written communication skills

k. Experience or demonstrated capability to train

l. Ability to review and critique the work papers prepared by subordinate staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with client’s policies and procedures

m. Proficiency in Microsoft’s Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn standardized software/database systems
