Facilities Manager

Responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the facility being managed. Duties vary with the nature and complexity of the property being managed, using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.  This manager is involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, in relation to buildings and premises. Must have two (2) years’ demonstrated experience in bank operations or facilities management.

Minimum Qualifications:
a. Demonstrated experience in procurement, and contract and building management

b. Experience in all areas of commercial property management (including, but are not limited to, procurement and contract management; building and grounds maintenance; cleaning; health and safety; security; utilities and communications infrastructure; and, space management).
